Starting this weekend, Nationals fans might finally have a reason to come early and stay late for games at Nationals Park.
The Bullpen, an outdoor food and entertainment venue located at Half Street between M and N Streets, will have a Grand Opening on Friday at 5 p.m. The facility will serve food, beer and margaritas. It will also have a special beer garden for adults sponsored by Bud Light. Local food vendors include Rocklands, Colonial Kettle Corn and Surfside.
On game days, the Bullpen opens 2 hours before the game and stays open until midnight. They will also host special concerts throughout the summer including Taylor Carson this Sunday evening at 10:00 p.m.
In addition to food and beverages, the Bullpen will offer interactive sports games for children sponsored by Headfirst Camps and Under Armour and live music before, during and after the games.
